CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required for both new and existing clients. This deposit is payable at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. We also require a card to be kept on file. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to a future appointment if changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The only exception for a refund is if I need to cancel/ reschedule your appointment on the same day. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the remaining balance of the booked service will be charged as a cancellation fee. Adhering to these policies is crucial, and failure to do so may result in being unable to book future appointments.
